Residents and business persons at Mereki Shopping Centre in Warren Park have expressed their gratitude to Prophet Edd Branson and the Edd Branson Foundation for the donation of a Borehole, Water Tanks, and Solar at the center.

The Edd Branson foundation invested resources towards the borehole and set up a guard room to ensure that clean water is available to the people at Warren Park, clients, and business persons operating at the popular Mereki Shopping centre.

Mereki hosts hundreds of people on a daily basis who frequent the center for Meat, Alcohol and Chills at spot. The public is also allowed to use the water to wash their hands before and after eating as well as drinking water.

Residents of Warren Park enjoy free clean drinking water courtesy of the donation by the Edd Branson Foundation. Edd Branson is a preacher and entrepreneur who believes in giving back to the people and investing in communities.

The donation of a borehole has made life easier for the Warren Park community and the business persons at Mereki who faced closure due to the unavailability of water which was viewed as a health hazard by municipal authorities.

Mai Edmore who sells Sadza and braais meat at the shopping center said: “The borehole is well maintained, fully functional and we as the Warren Park Community are grateful for the donation.”

Sarah Hamadziripi a resident of Warren Park D said “We now get clean drinking water at the borehole and we no longer have concerns about water-borne diseases as we now know that we have a source for clean water.”
